Victoria Olari is a Research Associate for Moldova at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab), where she monitors the country’s information landscape and investigates disinformation, foreign influence operations, and hybrid threats. Her work helps build digital resilience in a region at the frontline of geopolitical confrontation.With a background in both policy and civil society, Victoria brings a unique blend of research expertise and hands-on experience in navigating complex security and governance challenges. She previously served as a policy advisor in the Moldovan Parliament and later coordinated confidence-building programs in the Transnistrian region, focusing on conflict transformation and dialogue.
