Alex Cooper is the CEO of Electric Twin, which uses AI and machine learning to develop synthetic audiences at scale. During the Covid-19 pandemic Alex was on the staff of the UK Prime Minister and, as Director of Mass Testing, led the operations of the UK National Testing Programme. Until 2020, Alex served twenty years in the UK military, mostly in command roles within special operations. He served on repeated operational deployments from 2003 onwards, and studied at Oxford University and SOAS.
