Tuva Raanes Bogsnes is a Norwegian communications professional serving as Head of Communications at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has extensive experience in strategic communication, media relations, and public affairs, with a background spanning journalism, government, and the humanitarian sector. Bogsnes has previously worked as a foreign news reporter and editor, and has held senior communication roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council. She holds a degree in Multimedia Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Wales. She has also pursued further education at the Norwegian Defence University College (NDUC), strengthening her expertise in security and strategic communication.
