Rolf Fredheim is the CEO of Markolo Research, a data science consultancy offering services to better understand own and adversary communication. Previously, he worked as a Principal Scientist at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence. While there, he led the Centre’s research into bots and trolls on social media. He is a fellow at the Lund University Psychological Defence Research Institute and holds degrees from the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and Trinity College Dublin.
