Maryna Vorotyntseva is a Ukrainian strategic communications expert with extensive experience in media, political communications, and public policy. She previously worked at the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, where she focused on information resilience and international cooperation. She is also a co-author of the book How Ukraine Lost Donbas, dedicated to the information dimension of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
