Mr Brooke's career has spanned a number of key leadership and project management roles in marketing and communications specialising in government, finance and social enterprise. He has a particular interest in the geopolitics of East Africa and the former Soviet bloc and today passionately leads the development and delivery of projects in these areas that aim to go beyond one-way messaging and instead become an integral part of good governance and security policy. During his time at ZINC Network he has set up East African offices and consulted on CVE projects on behalf of the UK government at the European Commission.
