Eden has twenty years’ experience working on security sector governance and rule of law programmes in Europe, MENA, and Asia-Pacific. His recent work in wartime Ukraine has focused on ammunition management, intelligence oversight, finance, and – for the NATO OSG and Human Security Unit – the integration of a gender perspective into NATO’s Comprehensive Assistance Package. In the Pacific, Eden has cooperated with civil society, national governments, the Pacific Islands Forum, and UNDP on security governance matters. Eden has also consulted for UNODC on regional maritime counter-trafficking issues. Eden holds a BA and MA from King’s College London.
