Dominik Presl is an intelligence and security analyst specializing in OSINT, cyber-enabled influence operations, and strategic risk analysis. He has extensive experience tracking state-sponsored threats, foreign interference, and adversarial tactics, advising governments, security institutions, and private sector clients on cyber-enabled threats and geopolitical risks. He previously served as Senior Policy Advisor at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, working alongside the National Security Advisor to counter various hybrid threats. Prior to that, he was Head Analyst at Semantic Visions, where he researched threat actor networks, influence campaigns, and strategic security risks for national security clients worldwide. He is a non-resident Research Fellow at the Association for International Affairs and holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a B.A. from Charles University.
