Information Environment Assessments Specialist, Accenture Federal Services
Caitlyn Cunningham is a specialist at Accenture Federal Services where she supports U.S. European Command J39 Information Operations and Special Activities Division as a member of the Assessment team. She has been a leading pioneer in implementing new data and AI solutions within EUCOM Assessments, including LLM-driven traditional and social media narrative classifiers that have augmented the production of hundreds of data-centric information environment assessments annually to recipients across the U.S. government, Allies, and partners.
Previously, she was a Geospatial Analyst and Cartographer at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Office of Human Geography where she created authoritative maps on population centers and critical infrastructure in support of humanitarian assistance to global conflicts. Prior to joining NGA, Caitlyn was a researcher at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) where she specialized in geolocation of domestic, transnational, and international terrorist events in support of the largest and most comprehensive open-source database on terrorism related incidents in the world. She holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from The Ohio State University.
