Ben is a seasoned strategic communications expert with nearly thirty years of professional experience, including a significant ten-year tenure with NATO and service in the British Army. He has deep expertise in handling complex projects in challenging and high-threat environments. Currently, he leads the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence's Ukraine StratCom Partnership Programme, providing support to Ukrainian government agencies. His previous work has focused on areas such as nuclear messaging, deterrence , societal resilience, and counter disinformation, helping shape capabilities and communication strategies to bolster resilience against hybrid threats. Ben's career is distinguished by his strategic insight and leadership in enhancing communication capabilities within NATO allies and partner countries.
