Adrian is an international contracts and governance adviser with over 20 years’ experience working across Europe and the South Pacific. Specialised in cross-border stakeholder engagement with both the public and private sectors, he has advised governments, international organisations, and institutional partners on contract, risk management, governance, and programme delivery issues in complex multi-jurisdictional environments. With particular expertise in capacity building, institutional strengthening, and legal-policy advisory work, Adrian maintains a strong focus on the South Pacific and Indo-Pacific regions. Adrian holds degrees in law and sociology from the University of London.
