Dr. Päivi Tampere works as the Chief of the Technology and Scientific Development Branch at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence. She has been with the COE since January 2025. She is currently on leave from his position as Head of Strategic Communications at the Prime Minister’s Office of Finland. Previously, she has served as Head of Communications at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and as a Strategic Communications Expert at the Government Office of Estonia.
