Policy Advisor, Munich Security Conference
Paula Köhler works as a policy advisor on technology and defense topics at the Munich Security Conference. Her areas of expertise focus on information warfare and disinformation, German foreign and security policy, as well as the impact of new and emerging tech, such as artificial intelligence, on warfare. Previously, she worked at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP. She holds a Bachelor from the University of Groningen and University of South Carolina as well as a Master’s degree from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London.
