Kirsten Wild's professional path began with an officer career in the German Armed Forces, with roles in both the intelligence and cyber/information domains. For nearly two years now, her research has centered on information warfare—its conceptual foundations, current developments, and state-level responses. This includes questions of strategic use of information, influence operations, attribution challenges, and resilience in the information environment.
