Aron Bonanno has been posted to the NATO Strategic Communications Center of Excellence since 2023 where he is working on issues related to foreign influence operations in the Nordic-Baltic region.

Aron Bonanno is a diplomat with 17+ years of experience in governmental affairs, including postings abroad and management positions in the Danish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. During his career in the ministry, Mr. Bonanno has been working in several departments, including Security policy, Middle East and Northern Africa, Humanitarian affairs and Trade. Prior to being posted to the NATO COE in Latvia, Mr. Bonanno was working with Consular affairs and crisis communication. Mr. Bonanno has a Master in Political Science and Public Administration as well as a Diploma in Development & International Relations from Aalborg University, Denmark.
