Angelica Evans is a Russian Analyst at the Institute for the Study of War. Angelica is one of three analysts who leads ISW's Daily Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment. Angelica is ISW's lead military campaign analyst and has published stand alone assessments on the 2024 Russian offensive against Pokrovsk and the Ukrainian incursion into Kursk Oblast.
